Instrumental Music
The music program at Oak Middle School prides itself on both its love for music and love for students. The classroom is an artistic learning environment as well as a place for students to "belong." Many students call the music program their home away from home, and share common bonds with friends in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade.
If you are learning how to play for the first time, on the path and growing, or trying out for the jazz band, there is a place for you. We love music and love to perform on our instruments. We are all "musicians" and this is our common bond. Whether you are in band, orchestra, or play the Ukulele, our desire is for you to know that you belong and make an impact in the Oak Music Program.
